All retrofit improvement measures that have to comply with PAS 2035 must be subject to a retrofit design that specifies the performance characteristics of the materials and/or systems to be installed together with clear instructions regarding how they should be installed, including the provision of annotated scale drawings where necessary to confirm specific details.
